Weekend mish mash

Having a great weekend. Uncle Roy and Catherine are here to visit Kayla (who's on a 72 hour pass) so we've been roaming around and just generally having a great old time. Uncle Roy is such a pleasure. At almost 85 he's as sharp as a tack and totally hilarious, he's been keeping us entertained at the dinner table! Yesterday we went and visited Acadia, where Kayla will be going to school next year. What a campus, and a beautiful new building for the Environmental Sciences department. It makes me want to go back to school... just to spend time in such a glorious spot. Olan has been enjoying all the adoring family and the little holiday away from home... things like bathing in the kitchen sink, sleeping in the playpen, so fun! Today, we're off to Mahone Bay and the cottage property, despite the crappo weather!
