Enjoying the snow

We were out enjoying the snow before the big storm tomorrow, when we'll receive even more! Olan was up on skis again, for the second time. :) We had a lot of fun, even Io, who tried valiantly to keep up with us.

The last day of vacation...

Agh. Still haven't posted all the Christmas pics and now they just keep building up. If I could stop myself from taking pictures it would help!

Coolest blocks EVER. They're from Lee Valley and are made of high density foam. They're very rugged but don't hurt the floors (or your head should a small exuberant boy chuck one at you). And best of all, the adults have as much fun building as Olan does. Mer's boyfriend built a really cool tower when Olan wasn't even in the house. :)

We went to check on the cottage, it was a beautiful wintry day.
