We had some friends over for a playdate/lunch. Olan impressed all with his jolly jumping skills (see video below for clarification). Then we headed out and met Adam downtown. Got a drink (Venti chocolate milk from Starbucks... they add their mocha syrup to milk and it tastes like dark chocolate chocolate milk... a LARGE piece of heaven in every sip) and walked around a bit before Adam had to sneak back to work. It felt like all of Halifax was out roaming around. You could just feel your body soaking it all in. Then Olan and I came back home and took his new Molto Smiler Rider for a spin. He'd already ridden in it but only inside. It's sort of his first bike :) He had a blast although we didn't get far... way too many people stopping us telling Olan how cool he looked in his shades and "what a sweet ride he had". He's definitely cool now.
